How To Play

So now you are responsible for the care of an egg, and whatever it is growing inside! How do you get your egg to hatch, and how do you get your creature to experience growth stages?

Each stage of growth has requirements that must be met in order to advance to the next stage. These requirements are listed in the author's comments, underneath the general information of your pet. They each have a marked in front of them, and whenever a particular requirement has been met the turns into a . When all empty stars are filled in as gold stars your creature will experience growth!

These are the types of requirements you can expect to find during a stage of growth, not limited to:

FanArt - Draw your creature in its current growth stage and provide the link as a comment. This picture can be done in traditional art or digital art, or any other form of art you love to get messy with. These pictures must be in color, and show effort. They must reflect the kind of effort you are capable of when someone visits your own art gallery. Lineart can be used as long as proper credit is properly placed. And yes, writings and stories are accepted as fan-art as long as they are 500 words or more.

Roleplay Interactions - Where you roleplay as yourself, or as a character, interacting with your pet. You may roleplay whatever you feel is appropriate at the time to make your pet happy. Isadoln-Dale will roleplay your pet in response, and whenever enough interaction is applied you will receive a +1 interaction point. Isadoln-Dale tries to make sure that everyone recieves a response at least once a day if not more. If she is busy with RL or other things, she promises to reply to the oldest time-stamped roleplay first, and so-on. Once your adoptable has reached Elder stage-growth Isadoln-Dale will not longer roleplay as your adoptable.

Number of Views - Is the DA count for when your pet is viewed by someone. Sometimes a growth stage will require a certain number of page views in order to progress to the next stage.

Number of Fav's - Is the DA count for when your pet is 'ed by someone. Sometimes a growth stage will require a certain number of fav's in order to progress to the next stage.

The Guessing Game - Is when you must learn more about your pet by guessing it's favorite color or favorite season, or etc. Whatever must be learned about your pet will be clearly stated. You can guess an unlimited number of times until you find the correct answer. You can even have your friends visit your pet and offer their guesses to help you out! You must wait for a reply from your first guess in order to guess again.

Conditions - Where a certain condition must be met. Mostly this has to do with giving your pet a name or gender, or finding it a friend. but on some more rare and uncommon species the conditions might not seem as easily met as others.

Your Isadoln-Dale creature requires activity and interaction from YOU during their early stages of growth. If there is no activity or interaction from you in a 30 day period your pet will run away. There is no point refunds for any pet that has ran away. If you know you are going to be gone for more than a month there is babysitting service available. Once a pet reaches Adult growth it will never run away from you, even when you neglect it for more then 30 days. By the time your pet has reached Adult-hood you have acquired an everlasting bond with it.
